PERSONAL TRAINING
Everyone has their own reasons for exercising and for having a personal trainer. Some people like the natural high feeling that exercising gives them, others may have pain or an injury they need to manage but the majority like to exercise so they look good to feel confident in themselves.
No matter what your goals are I am here to help you achieve them. With the skills and knowledge I have attained over my 10 years in the health & fitness industry. I will not only get you into the shape you desire but educate and inspire you to make positive changes to your lifestyle, so exercising and eating healthy comes natural and a daily habit .

Personal training is a fantastic way to learn more about yourself and what you are capable of. All I ask is you turn up with a positive attitude and give me your best and I promise to give you my absolute best. Honesty is very important, remember I am not here to tell you off for doing something naughty. I am your guide and will show you how to perform the correct, safe and efficient exercises whilst having fun. Honesty towards me is honesty towards yourself.
What to expect.

Initial consultation
We discuss your goals and how together we will achieve them.​

PAR-Q form.
Pre Activity Requisite questionnaire. E.G injuries, lifestyle and illnesses. ​

10 or 20 session packages
Personal training sessions come in either 10 or 20 packages to suit your lifestyle.​

60 minute 1-1 personal training.

The sessions will be one hour-long where we follow a customized plan working towards your goals.​

Individually customized training programs.

To complement our personal training sessions I will design a program for you to do in between our sessions.​

Nutrition and diet.
Exercise goes hand in hand with diet and nutrition. So you will have a diet plan or guidelines to follow to ensure results.​

Body composition testing.
"If you're not assessing you're guessing" measurements are regularly taken to make sure you are on the right track towards your goal.

Physical measurements.
Physical measurements, using a tape measure and skinfold callipers.

Before and progress pictures.
One of the best ways to see your progression is with photographs and see the results of your hard work.

Continued support.
I am always there for my clients when they need me, whether its help understanding an exercise or information needed about diet or if you just need reassurance that you are on the right track.
